Stale/Rage F-tilt's Inescapable Knockdown Percents

After being infuriated with this horrible game and the horrible balancing attempts of the developers who have no damn idea on how to properly balance fighting games, I decided to chill and do some research. On the day of the patch, I noticed that F-tilt was still knocking down at higher percents. There could only be one reason. It was stale. So here you go. Stale F-tilt knockdown percents. F-tilt --> CS is still real at higher percents. We livin', baby.

These are approximations. Keep in mind that F-tilt is at the top of the staleness queue here and there is no rage. These are also on grounded opponents struck by neutral F-tilt. Not angled up or down. I'll be adding those soon. After getting a good grasp of Smash 4's staleness queue, I'll begin editing this thread to get all f-tilt positions on that queue and rage in increments of 10%. As a Samus main, the concept of stale moves negation has become even more important. Screw Attack and F-tilt staleness is needed knowledge that can help us get the kill, know when to restrain ourselves, or just go all out.

Learning is fun, but so is winning. Smash is a very dynamic game. Let's not assume our greatest tool no longer exists.

Tested with two controllers, one Samus, one f-tilt, one jump button, and a flat stage.

Very nice, I was going to do something similar and I'm glad you've gone to the effort. To clarify this is not training mode data but smash with completely stale (at least 8+) f-tilts?
Staleness should be 2% between first and 2nd use, then +11% for every use thereafter. Rage should be -1% for every 10% on Samus. See the combo thread, I went in gory detail to figure this out.
So a combo that connects at say 25% with a move used 6 times would connect at 32% and if Samus has 100% damage would then connect at 22%.
Although really I would appreciate independent verification so if you want to revisit it by all means.

Also in the combo thread is the excel sheet with the gory details of the exact percent at which f-tilt USED to force a tech knockdown for comparison.

This wasn't done in training mode. I'll check your thread out.

Its unfortunate it has to be staled to be used to force a tech, but considering nothing can be done its better to adapt than to lay down and die. Good job digging up this data.

Was studying up on the Knowledge Compendium and came across this. Just to clarify, we want f-tilt to be stale so it can knock down opponents leading to CS?

I forgot, how many slots are in the staleness queue?
