Stage Select Editing? (Hackless)

I only recently (After the release of 3.0) began to play around with stage/character editing on the Hackless SD Launcher. One thing that makes my OCD kick in is the fact that when I replace a Stage file, on the Stage Select it has the title and picture of it's base stage. I was wondering if it's possible to edit these things in the SD files so that the title and picture match up with the stage.

Also, if possible I'd like to know how to change a Palette Swap picture on the stage select.
