stage list????

I can't find a stage list anywhere I mean one that shows counter picks neutral and banned stages or is not one made yet witch I think this is since there has been turniments

Whenever an official one gets made it'll be embarassingly small, I'm sure. The one my friends and I use is:
Neutral:
Final Destination
Battlefield
Town and City
Smashville
Lylat Cruise
Miiverse

Counterpick:
Duck Hunt
Halberd
Delfino Plaza
Wooly World
Skyloft
Pilotwings
Omega Stages Without Walls (All as one strike)
Omega Stages With Walls (All as one strike)
Mario Circuit (Wii U)
Skyworld
Kongo Jungle 64

For Doubles:
All of the above plus -

Counterpick:
Luigi's Mansion
Garden of Hope
Windy Hill Zone


Banned:
The Rest

If You're Baller:
Gamer
Orbital Gate Assault
Wrecking Crew

But there is the Apex 2015 stage list if you want:
Starter stages:

1. BF
2. FD
3. Smashville

Counterpick stages:

1. Castle Siege
2. Delfino Plaza
3. Duck Hunt
4. Halberd
5. Kongo Jungle 64
6. Lylat Cruise
7. Town and City
8. Omega Stages*

* Treated as Final Destination in banning phase. If Final Destination is banned, Omegas are banned and vice versa.

Ey that's actually a pretty reasonable stage list for a tournament like Apex. Way better than I expected.

Why is town and city and lylat cruise not in the starters...? And what about Ω stages? Are they just ignored even though there where specifically made for these kinds of tournaments?

Woops! Forgot about omega stages... I'm also curious as too why Town and City isn't a starter as well.... I suppose Lylat as well
