Stage imports on PAL? And Vertex hacks?

I finally got me a tv and have me Wii already set up with homebrew again, including Riivolution. Everything works fine, even music can be replaced (and I am using PAL). But always I try to play a match on Delphino plaza (which is replaced with a imported stage from ToS2, the game freezes. Is it still not possible to use imported stageson PAL, even with Riivolution ?

if you're using a rel file that's why it's freezing because the rel is for NTSC

Is there actually a thread about converting .rel files to PAL? I can't find any because the search function won't let me search for words containing 3 characters or less...

I think he needs a PAL version of an .rel that lets him play on Delfino w/ no freezes. The guy who ripped the PAL disc partition said he wants to make modified PAL .rels from Bero's stage module swapper.
