I once heard of a game called Stage Debut and I was looking at some old news today cuz i was bored and remembered it. Was it cancelled? What heck was it about? All I remember was some weird screenshot of a classroom that had Animal Crossing people, Pikmin, and Japanese people in it.

Stage Debut

"Stage Debut is an unreleased video game that was originally planned for the Nintendo 64DD, then the Nintendo GameCube. The game was about taking a picture of the player's face & inserting it in the game. This would be done through the use of the GameEye, a peripheral planned for the Game Boy Advance which was going to be the successor to the Game Boy Camera for the original Game Boy. The demo at E3 that year featured characters from Animal Crossing, Pikmin, and some Nintendo executives. More characters could come in through the use of e-Reader cards. It is a remake of Nintendo 64DD's Mario Artist: Talent Studio, which was released only in Japan. It appeared in E3 2003 and vanished, never to be seen again. It is possible that some elements were put into the Mii Channel. Nintendo Power gave a decent amount of coverage on the game in 2003."

From wikipedia. Hpe that helps.
