Well here it goes, another Mood4food team, this has been a fairly successful team so far, losing only 3 matches out of all the matches that I have played today.

So here it is:

Hippowdon@leftovers
Sand Stream
Relaxed (+DEF, -SPD)
252/252/6 (HP/DEF/ATK)
Earthquake
Ice Fang
Slack Off
Stealth Rock

Leads for SS, helping with the stalling of this team greatly. SR is also an amazing addition, stops FEAR (first opponent i fought had 2 FEARs, so that screwed me up the first time (i barely lost), we rebattled and i 6-0'd him). A defensive poke, great for SS teams.

Camerupt@Expert Belt
Solid Rock
Brave (+ATK,-SPD)
252/252/6 (ATK/SP.ATK/HP)
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Flamethrower
HP Electric

Now, I needed a sweeper, one slow, and one immune to SS. Who else can suit this job better! He has a craptacular base 40 speed. Making him even better is the fact his attacks are both very high (base 100 ATK and base 105 SP.ATK). He helps with this teams below average ability to dish out damage. I'm taking Flamethrower over Heat Wave because of accuracy. HP Electric is for those pesky water pokes.

Bronzong@leftovers
Levitate
Relaxed (+DEF,-SPD)
252/124/120/14 (HP/DEF/SP.DEF/SP.ATK)
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball
HP Fight
Trick Room

Here's the TR support. He's a beast with CM. TR makes this team of fatties fast. Shadow Ball and HP Fight have full type coverage, CM boosts his Special side, making him even deadlier, and he resists the types that most of my team is weak too. Great poke for this team.

Regirock@leftovers
Clear Body
Sassy (+SP.DEF,-SPD)
252/252/6 (HP/SP.DEF/ATK)
Curse
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Punch

Regirock is a TANK. After one Curse, he has over 600 DEF, and with SS activated, he has over 400 SP.DEF, barring CH's, THAT'S PRETTY MUCH IMPOSSIBLE TO OHKO!!! Curse also lowers his speed, great for TR, and the ATK boost from it makes it even deadlier, Regirock is a force to be reckon with.

Magnezone@Leftovers
Magnet Pull
Quiet (+SP.ATK,-SPD)
252/88/88/82 (SP.ATK/HP/ATK/DEF)
Thunderbolt
HP Ice
Flash Cannon
Explosion

This is pretty much the All-Out-Attack set, with a small twist. He has great type coverage, something this team needed. He holds the threatened Boltbeam combo, in which he is the only poke besides Laturn (but who uses Laturn) to resist this attack combo. Magnet Pull is great for those steel types who want to come in and ruin my parade. Magnezone will also Explode as a last ditch attempt.

Claydol@leftovers
Levitate
Brave (+ATK,-SPD)
238/200/44/28 (HP/ATK/SP.DEF/DEF)
Earthquake
Explosion
Rapid Spin
Trick Room

My other TR support for this team. I don't know whether to run Light Screen to help with this teams below average SP.DEF or to run RS incase of Toxic Spikes and the likes, but he is a great asset to this team anyway. No special moveset for him. Rapid Spin is needed much more than Light Screen is.

Sidelined for the moment:

Empoleon@leftovers
Torrent
Sassy (+SP.DEF,-SPD)
252/156/102 (HP/SP.DEF/SP.ATK)
Roar
Surf
HP Electric
Stealth Rock/Ice Beam

He takes special attacks pretty well, immune to SS, and he resists Water, which is very much needed for this team. He also can roar away the opponents pokes to stop stat changes. He will greatly help out this team. He will either replace Camerupt or Magnezone to aid in this team's below average special defense.

Pros of this team:
Pain in the butt to take down.
Stalls the heck outta opponents.
Doesn't fully rely on TR to perform well.
Sandstorm adds to the stalling.
All pokes immune to SS damage.
Is not weak to one of the big 15.

Cons of this team:
Type coverage isn't exactly the greatest.
Multiple weak to certain types (especially grass/water).
Not exactly great at dealing damage.
Relies too much on Bronzong and Regirock doing well.
Without Roar or Rapid Spin, Toxic Spikes and Bellyzards really hurt.
Without Empoleon, no one resists water attacks.

I feel this is my best team yet. I have also learned that stall teams are by far MUCH easier to create than a damage giving team.

So, now rate my team.

With thanks to both ss118 and MysticKenji, for helping my team out.

Biggest problame would be that you have 4 Water weaks(one being 4x) and no resistance. That being said, Hippowdon won't be able to stop Gyarados starters(read: very common) while they set up with DD. Bronzong is your only option to take out said monstrsity. You also have 3 Ice weaknesses, but it isn't very abundant with 2 resistances to even it out. Nonetheless, you need to fix these.

You might want a Water resist in the form of Empoleon...

On Claydol, I'd go for EQ/Explosion/RS/TR
Camerupt wants HP Electric for enemy Water-types
Magnezone should also have Max. Special Attack

about the gyara lead thing..... a normal one will DD up on Hippowdon and Taunt whenever Bronzong comes in. Consider running HP Electric on it for that reason, and make it your starter with HP Electric, Gyro Ball, TR, and Explosion. Make sure to make the speed as low as possible, and max HP to ensure survivability.

he can't do much damage to zong anyways even with the taunt, we do about the same to each other after a DD, so i keep attacking him unitl he switches

it was one of those two, but camerupt is the 2nd slowest member of my team, zong being the first, regirock takes hit like no other, magnezone doesn't really do much but get rid of skarm

but it's between magnezone or camerupt that empoleon will replace

i thought there was too, but to my surprise, it handles him very well

Regirock pretty much walls him, one curse, then he'll attack back with earthquake, grass knot in SS is a 3-4HKO and Hippowdon does well too

but anyways, it's not really that big of a weakness, he can be taken care of easily, if i have to, i can always explode

Not after a Nasty Plot or two will Regirock be walling MixApe. Grass Knot is sure to do major damage, and Close Combat is a 2HKO.

Also, Hippowdon will probably come in on Regirock and Roar it's Curses away.

all the infernapes i've faced, 3 were mixed and when i switched in regirock, they switched out

this shows that even a mixnape is not able to go safe against regirock

the others weren't mixed or NPers, so i disposed of those quickly

the only time i lost to an infernape was when i lost both regirock and hippowdon at the time

At first, I thought a Trick Room team would be quite interesting, what with all the slow Pokemon making up for their sluggishness with above average offensive and defensive stats. But, now that I've done some... "research", I've come to a conclusion: (insert conclusion here)

Normally, the TRers of a TR room team are quite defensive. You know, like Porygon2, Claydol, Dusknoir, etc. Therefore, you can't really expect them to do that much damage, even of they go first. After the TRer uses TR, it stays in effect for the next 4 turns. If you'd switch to a more offensively oriented Pokemon, then you've got 3 turns to do massive damage before Sonic wants his shoes back (that wasn't really a joke...). It's not that hard to stall out the remaining turns, what with Protect, Substitute, and walls. Then, your slow Pokemon become slow again, and become extremely vulnerable. Your main TRers will be worn done by the opposing team's threatening Pokemon, and once they're extinct (or at least for the battle) then your slow Pokemon VS. the opponent's team... GG buddy (of course, there still is hope).

Isn't there some sort of stone or something that makes the amount of TR turns 7?

no there is no stone that makes TR 7 turns...but there are many good offensive TR pokemon that can rip peaople apart, also setting up TR in order to get CMs in is very affective.

with TR up, after a few CMs, he's a beast, it's like smeargle passing a belly drum to agilicross

What's the difference? You're only going first for 2-3 turns and CMing. It wouldn't make much of a difference if you went last.

IMO it makes a huge difference. Getting those extra boosts and bulkying up Zong can be a huge problem for everyone without a Rampardos.

yes it will

how many pokes use physical fire attacks

let's see

infernape, and any poke who has fire fang

now, how many of them can OHKO bronzong, only one, infernape, if he's lucky

even in zong goes last, nothing is safe against him, cause we know for sure that not a single special move (barring CH) is a OHKO
