SSS Modifying

So after playing a bit of P:M, I was wondering how you edit the SSS. I want to edit it so that the first page is in this order:

Battlefield Final Destination Smashville Yoshis Island Lylat Cruise

Halberd Pokemon Stadium 1 Castle Siege Delfino Plaza Frigate Orpheon

The Melee stages page can have the rest of the stages in no particular order. How would I go about this?
