ssbu C stick mechanics in melee cheat code/mod?

I have a lot of hours in ssbu and im looking to start playing melee. One of my biggest challenges is not being able to use the c stick for a dash attack or smash attacks, as in ultimate I almost exclusively dash attack with c stick, and I have never used the a button to smash attack. Is there a mod or cheat code to implement c stick dash attacks into melee, as well as charging smash attacks with c stick? If not, can someone make one/show me how to make one?
