I got a Melee iso and emulator, but whenever I run it all I get a green screen with glitch pixels in places. Does anyone else have this problem?

Try switching the graphics backend.

Options -> Graphics Settings -> General -> Basic -> Backend

If it's on OpenGL, try Direct3D and vice versa. It might work better, or it might not.
