Yes, but before you start organizing tournament, maybe you should make sure you can do online Brawl tourneies. I doubt there will be due to people quitting in the middle of a game.
I realize that, but if you've ever played on Wi-fi you'd know that the connector overheats before you plug it in. People would quit every round and your 64 man tourney would have twelve by round two. I suppose if all of the battles took place at the same time on a time match this wouldn't be much of a problem, but it would be hard to do stock. My point is, we have no idea if Nintendo would want to incorporate this into their game and posting a tournament 4 months in advance is kind of pointless.
