No you don't need a USB Gecko. All you need is Twilight Princess, and an sd card.

Small remark though. Removing the codes folder entirely each time you want to use another game or new codes is just ********. The program automatically overrides any cheat lists currently in the folder, and Ocarina auto-detects which game is inserted and uses the code list for that game.

I had a slight problem because I'm using this on my Mac and when I got to the part where I have to open the codemgr.exe file, I didn't know what to do from there with the whole "Open as text file."
Can I have some help please?
