Ssbb 2016 tier list voting

So you know how ssbn64 and melee had a new tier list vote
Well the current brawl tier list is as old as melee's eleventh tier list
The tier list will be released in April 2016
It will be based on all of the votes between now and then just write your personal tier list on this forum to cast your vote
When April rolls around I will average each character's vote
