SSB64 Banned Stages tournament ruleset
• 4-stock non-timed (1-stock for items)
• Not Emulator
• ESS (every stage-system: plays: Planet Zebes, Sector Z, Yoshi’s Island, and Mushroom Kingdom)
• Debug stages aren’t played because they risk screwing up your game and because N64 hack-devices are so rare.
• After every stage is played, each player may select 1 stage for his or her stage pick.
• Dave’s stupid rule doesn’t apply.
• Stage is always picked and known to both players first.
• Character-pick is always double-blind
• Items are optional: If on they should be set to VERY HIGH and the following should be turned Off: Heart Container, Maxim Tomato, Pokeball, Bob-omb, Fan, Ray gun, Hammer, Star, and Shell. It’s also recommended to use 1-stock with an “unfair random container-spawn-explosion” rematch system. (In case of said event, replay said game in set)
• If there is a tie after stage-picks, then one player strikes 2 stages and the other chooses between them.
• DK’s Inescapable Grab Glitch is Banned
Stalling is banned (This inclueds wall infiniting over 300 %, Pipe spamming on Mushroom
• Best of 7 without items (1 *ESS, 1 stage-pick per player
• Best of 21 for items (3 * ESS, 3 stage picks per player and 3 tie-breaker)
• Double-Elimination.

I need help with: the tie-breaker, and whether or not to ban DK IGG. Anyone who has suggestions please comment!
