SSB4 Zelda Series Tournament

Rules:

• All items off.
• Three (3) stock.
• Eight (8) minute time limit.
• All matches are best 2 out 3. Winners Finals and Losers Finals are 3 out 5.
• Grand Finals are best 3 out of 5. The winner of the Losers Bracket has to win two sets, while the winner of the Winners Bracket has to win one.
• If time runs out (in any match), the player with the most stock wins. If both players have the same amount of stock, the person with the least amount of damage wins. If the damage is the same then a tie breaker fight will be played consisting of one (1) stock and a three (3) minute time limit.
• If a suicide move is used to WIN a match the initiator of the move is declared the winner.
• Players have ten (10) minutes to show up to their designated match before they lose the set.
• Problems with excessive latency or lag will be solved by:
  • Going to http://www.speedtest.net/ and submitting your results to the host of the tournament via Private Message.
  • Requesting the host of the tournament to test their connection by join each players room
  • A virtual coin toss done by one of the players or the host of the tournament (preferably host).

Stage Rules (see stage list below):

• Before a match begins, players WILL agree on a stage. If no agreement is made, they will proceed to a stage strike determined by a coin flip or if they both agree on who strikes first.
• Winner of the first game will ban a stage, the loser counter picks a legal stage. This will continue until there is a winner for the set.

Character Rules:

• Customization and equipment off.
• Yoshi stall glitch is banned.
• Only Zelda series characters will be allowed this tournament.
• Zelda characters will be assigned to each individual based on seed numbers and the characters you may use can be used in any order.
• Zelda series characters: Link, Zelda, Sheik, Ganondorf, and Toon Link
• If you're the following seed numbers you shall receive these characters (11 = 1, 12 = 2, 13 = 3 etc.). :
