I wasn't sure where to put this (tell me the correct place if this is not right) but I found a bug, oops?

So I was attempting to get Mario's final smash trophy through All-Star mode, and I finished the first 2 rounds, upon going to the third I noticed something...odd.
This odd item was a trophy stand with nothing on it.

I thought it was cool at first, then confusing. Even worse is that upon touching it, it caused my WiiU to freeze. Monitor and gamepad, the gamepad went half green and glitchy after i attempted to turn it off. Luckily after this incident my WiiU and game work perfectly fine. Just a heads up NOT to touch this bug? I also have no idea what caused it

This has been found I believe, but yes, it's heavily advised you avoid these trophies so you can play the game normally. I'm not sure what actually causes it, but what I theorize is that the game loads random trophies in some areas (such as this) but has trouble finding or can't decide what trophy to actually pick.

I couldn't find anything on this so I posted this here, wasn't sure if it had been found already.

Chances are they blew it for the code that picks a random trophy.
Like, they pick a random trophy between 0 and the number of trophies that can appear on the All-Star resting area (this is an over-simplification).
The problem? Imagine there are three trophies: Mario, Luigi, and Bowser.
If the number goes from 0 to the total (3), that's 0, 1, 2, and 3. 0 for Mario, 1 for Luigi, 2 for Bowser, and 3 for... oops, nothing. Grab this nothingness trophy, and your Wii U will freak out.
