SSB4 Custom Sig?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Does anyone know where/how they get those cool custom character thingies as their sigs? I'm not talking about that kind that I have, but the ones with individual pictures in the shape of rectangles and it says "ssb4" at the bottom right of them.

I understand that if I REALLY wanted to, I could just right click someone else's, save image, upload to photobucket, yada yada yada, but I was wondering if there was a site or a database where you could find them and save me some time.
