SSB4 Custom Anouncer calls

Is there a way to make custom anouncer calls for the following characters, I seen it being done for brawl's anouncer so I wonder if it's possible to also do it with ssb4's anouncer
Lucas
Wolf
Ice Climbers
Squirtle
Ivysaur
Mewtwo
Snake
Waluigi
Shadow
Pichu
Geno
Ridley
Blaziken
Knuckle Joe
Goku
Vegeta

Highly doubt most of those can be done easily. The clips for Roy and Mewtwo were made by combining other voices clips extremely carefully (for example, Roy was put together from ROB's call and Grab The Coins). Every syllable in each name needs to be present somewhere, and the separate clips need to go well together too.

If it can be done for brawl and melee why not ssb4
BTW we already have Roy's announcer call

Well I mean it can be done, but it would be extremely difficult to find clips that go together well enough to make all of those voices. Grab Audacity, track down the announcer calls, and play around though.

Most are good but a few to be redone
I think it will better if Ice Climber's call sounded more exciting like the way Xander says ROB's
Knuckle Joe's call should sound more confinent
