I think its sensefull when do you write down when do you always have time if its possible.
You could read other teams and challenge them. Its NOT a tournament. ^^ You can thus write your most prefferet option and some another details. For example:

Most preferred stage:
Final Destination
Items:
Yes / NO
Teammate:
Name
Opponent ( if you want and your opponent doesn't have a teammate ):
Name
Date of play:
11th.12.2014
If you see for example this data you can write on 11th.12.2014 to challenge your opponent. ^^
