The paint blob explodes on contact with the ground, covering some of the stage and any nearby opponent in poisonous goop.
Any opponent standing or covered in the poisounous goop is has their speed lowered and dealt 7.5% damage by the second.
Luckily, the duration of the poisonous goops presence is fifteen seconds. Bowser Jr. can do this while piloting the Jr. Clown Car.
