Mona pulls out a blue boomerang, then throws it in any chosen direction, where it stays afterward.
Holding "B" allows her to freely control the boomerangs movement, but at the cost of her mobility.
Her boomerang will act a hazard, lingering in one spot on-stage while it's quickly spinning around.
Pressing "B" again will recall the Boomerang to her. It can teleport instead if Mona's too far from it.

Side Special: Scooter Rush
Mona summons her signature scooter on-stage and drives forward at high speed as long as "B" is held.
While driving her scooter, she can perform a "Doughnut" (A), throw a pizza box (B), or jump off of it (X).
If used while mid-air, Mona will use her scooter to soar through the air at high speeds in a set distance.

Up Special: Twister Baton
Mona rapidly twirls her cheeleader baton in her hand, flying upward and dragging any opponents along.
If used while grounded, she tosses it upward after twirling it around, carrying airborne opponents with it.

Mona uses her camera to take photos, stunning an opponent. But, the photos show her pets instead.
Elephant fires sludge from its trunk, Pig will kick their football and the Monkey throws a banana peel.
Her camera could also take photos of an opponent's projectiles, allowing her to fire them at anytime.

Shield Special: Delivery Center
Mona snaps her finger, summoning an orange trash can that traps any opponent with a Microgame.
If successful, she shows a list of four objects that the opponent must select correctly in four seconds.
Winning recovers the opponent's HP (via Mona Pizza), losing decreases stats (via Microgame Bomb).
Mona gets a temporary stat boost if time runs out. She and the participant cannot take any damage.

Final Smash: The Hot Slice Encore
Mona readies her bass guitar as she's joined by Art and Deco, striking a cool pose while the camera zooms in for a moment.
Once they're together they perform a remixed version of "Mona's Cute Cuts (Rank 1, Mona)" creating powerful soundwaves.
Grounded opponents are pushed away, Aerial opponents are sent flying and Guarding opponents have their shields broken.
