Possible moveset.

Design
Paint lands on the ground. Paint lasts for 10 seconds. When walking on paint your running speed is increased slightly.

Stats
Weight - Average
Running Speed - Average
Jumps - Average
Air Travel Speed - Relatively Slow

Special
B - Paint Gun
SideB - Squid Swim
DownB - Charge Shot
UpB - Squid Jump
Final Smash - Giant Kraken

Smashes - Paint Roller Attacks
Tilts - Paint Brush attacks
