Can someone tell me why they switched from Nintendo(SNES FF's) to Sony(FFVII)?
Wasn't it proved that Nintendo was the most popular system?
So why did they switch?

Nintendo didnt want to make the switch to CDS.
So SE made Final Fantasy games on Sony consoles.

Perfect reason. It held them back cause they needed all of those beautiful cutscenes I think.. And cartridges + cutscenes don't work that well together I believe.
