Spyware Guard 2008

Spyware Guard 2008 is evil. It blocks websites with antivirus downloads, so I can't stop it. I don't know what else it can do, but I don't really want to find out. Can someone please help me get rid of it?:confused:

umm, have you tried installing or running AV through a usb drive?

Ha something with a name that simple sounds malicious.
Saving the installer on a USB drive then running it in safe mode should help I hope.
