I just tested it on on 3DS with both the Side and Down variations, and it actually works. Except when I did it, I got 27-29% instead of 24%.
EDIT: It also works on Wii U, and I got the same results.

This evidence is very cryptic.

For starters, the combo and damage counters are out of focus.

It's so out of focus that how can I even be entirely sure this is Sonic the Hedgehog? The chances of this footage being doctored are very likely.

The use of lens flare is the oldest trick in the book. Is this really the Super Sonic form of the playable character Sonic the Hedgehog's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS & Wii U?
