THIS SAT HOLY ***
A Melee and Brawl and maybe smash 64 Tournament.

Get ready to get Hyped. And if your from Sova and we don't know you get ready to get *****. Redd and I have been trying to get something together for a while now. So here it is.

There will be a venue fee of 5$
Entry fee for melee singles 5$
Entry fee For melee doubles 10$ per team

Venue is subject to change

Sign ups and registration will begin at 11:00am
Melee Doubles will start at 12:00pm
Singles will start at 3:00pm

Counterpicks 1v1:

Rules For singles:
- 4 stock matches with an 8 minute time limit
- Items off
- Each set will be best 2 out of 3 except for winners, losers and grand finals which are best 3 out of 5
- no excessive stalling tactics (ex: jiggly's rising pound, peach bombing, etc)
- Ties will be broken by lives, then percentage. In the event of a percentage tie, both players will do a 1 stock match on the same stage with the same characters to determine winner.
- Wobbling is Banned

BRAWL
is gay.​

# 3 Stock matches, 8:00 timer, items set to Off and None
# For doubles, Team Attack is ON, and stealing lives is allowed
# All bracket sets are best of 3 matches, except for Winner's Finals, Loser's Finals and Grand Finals, which are best of 5
# Brackets will be double elimination
#ALL GAYNESS IS BANNED no explanation needed if you are good enough to know how to do the stuff then you should also know it is banned.


Brawl will happen after melee. Same entry fee's.

@Met - LOL now I feel stupid. I'm from Newport News/VA Beach originally. I actually think Gloucester is mid VA anyway.

@stack - Unfortunatly possibly no. But if fate happens to be in my favor then I'd have a better shot. But as of now I have a 5% chance.

A friend of mine, JediSange, LOVES Smash64. He claims he can wreck anyone in that game INCLUDING Isai, if he could ever play him in person.

If you could get even just a side tournament of 64 smash going I know at least 4 people that would show for that.

Edit: Sange's roommate here. What kind of bribes were you thinking?

Yeah, we play every weekend once or twice. Him and I are dead even when we're both at the top of our games. And yes, I go to Radford and I will go to this tournament.

and if we do tvc and sf4 it will be like giving you money but i will ask and see if anyone is opposed to that.

hey kashan if we get enough people we will change the venue and find something bigger but as of now its the easiest.

I'll do Brawl Doubles, teaming up with Total. Tunnel Snakes are going to RULE!

Total's doing singles as well. Not sure if I will yet. I'll let you know.

What!?!?!? I also go to Radford. Didn't think there were any smashers around. We should play sometime. I'm not nearly as good as some of these fools, though.

Blah I wish I would have known this tournament was coming for sure. I let myself get rusty.

yeah man total's george. how many people are actually playing brawl? seems like you all are pro-melee or something haha.
