Sounds glitching up

I just recently started getting some sound glitches when I had none before. Tonight when I played, when someone picked Mewtwo, the announcer said something totally incomprehensible instead of "Mewtwo!" like he should. (My best guess as to what he says now is something like "Fighting cowboy team!") Also, Samus' up-B doesn't make any noise now. These are the only problems I've been able to identify.

The only things that have changed since the last time I played are
1) I added some custom Lucario skins
2) I added a custom song for track B06

Undoing both of these things did nothing. There could be other sounds glitched up that I haven't found yet. Any ideas as to how this happened / how I can undo it?

It says fighting alloy team because that's what Mewtwo is put over. Try defragging your sd card and if that doesn't work try formatting it.

Ah... there's the problem. The sfx folder was totally empty. I just had to copy the sfx folder back from the base install and that fixed it.
