Sound Driver Download for Windows XP?

I found one online but it didn't work could anyone link me to a free download of a sound driver?

It keeps telling me I don't have a sound card.
I had to do so much stuff to get rid of Malware Defense and now my computer sucks.

Thanks I got one downloaded. Now I need to get rid of this commercial virus.

Got Malwarebytes running using rkill and got rid of all viruses. Computer reloaded alot of orphaned files. It is fixed now Firefox won't freeze on me.
