I believe Sothe from F.E. Radiant Dawn should be a usuable character on brawl.
He's fast, he's strong, he's evasive, prolly the best character from the FE series.
His main weapon should be his Kard.
his attack should be:
B = Run charge - Charge up attack and ram through you opponent.
U + B = Edge Cut - A srike right into the air using his Kard (Kind of like Marth's and Roy's from melee)
Smash B = Knife Shot - He throws a knife at opponent doing a little bit of damage, the delay between using it would be about 2 seconds.
Down + B = Knife Trap - He places a maximum of 3 knives on the ground sticking straight up and if opponent steps on one, he recieves a fair bit of damage. Though they can last to 35 seconds.
Final Smash: He knock opponent into the air and will attack with fierce speed and do 5 rush attacks onto the opponent in a Star Shaped Form.
