I only faced two(good) peach users so far.Apparentely when they float, i'm screwed.Any tips?

Space yourself while they float, wait until they land. Don't get fooled by the range of her Side B, and punish the wind-down lag. Dodge turnips and dash attack/grab her when she pulls up another one. Don't try and shield grab aerials, you'll just get neutral A'd in the process. Roll into a tilt instead.

Peach has a good horizontal recovery, but her vertical jump distance isn't great. Knock her off the edge and spring spike away.
