The funny thing is that this is the same kind of response the Pokemon Trainer thread got. 
But no, this is not a good idea. Not to mention, poorly expressed. I would however like to see Sonic and Tails as a replacement for Ice Climbers. In the older games, Tails would just follow you around (exactly like Nana) and do what you did. When he "died" (he didn't really die because he just came back to you) you would not lose a stock. Also, sometimes you could use him as a helicopter, much like Popo uses Nana to recover in Belay.
If anybody is a worthy replacement for the Ice Climbers, it would be them.

Why would you wanna ruin Sonic like that... why? And most likely if Sonic is in Brawl they won't have any others like Knuckles, Tails, Amy.

You said "3.he is stated unlockble" that means that they confirmed him to be in the game and that he'll be a secret character. Which is a completely BS statement.

they wont put sonic and knuckles in the game because they wont have two third party cheracters from the same game.
