Sonic & Sheik matchup advice

These two matchups are ones I've struggled with more than a lot of the cast. Does anyone have any tips that make handling these two a little easier? I find that it's mostly the neutral game I struggle with.

For those pesky :4sonic:players, I honestly just spam nairs in neutral as it usually stops or out prioritizes the spin dash. As for :4sheik:, its a lost cause so I just switch to :4kirby:.
