I'm going to be the first to call fake, it looks way too jagy, and it's hosted on imageshack
AND BTW, the date is may 22 of next year. The game will definitely be out then.
If it WAS real then te crazed smash fans would have already found the webpage buy messing around with character URLs

The fact that the image of Sonic can be found on the Internet is proof enough that it's fake.

1. The font of Sonic's name is different than every other character that has had a profile updated on the site.
2. That pic of Sonic doesn't even fit in the character space, and if you look closely, he looks rough around the edges as if the image was a copy/paste.

The image is off Sonic and The Secret rings. All the characters in Brawl are re-designed for Brawl specifically. You phale.

Ok, biggest reason sonic won't be in Brawl.
On a number of sites, "Mario and Sonic at the Olympics" is advertised as: "THE FIRST GAME FEATURING BOTH MARIO AND SONIC." Since we know absolutely nothing about this game, and the fact that hardly ANY info has been released on it, I'm pretty sure SSBB will come out before it, therefore Sonic can't be in Brawl if Mario and Sonic will first be together at the olympic games.
