Sonic Most Techical?

Is Sonic the most technical character in the game? He is the hardest to actually Master and his learning curve is really tough especially to play competitively.

yes and no...

he is the hardest to master id say due to the fact that he takes more than combos. He really doesnt have many for sure combos.. everythings on a whim. he has to get many damaging (but knockback free) hits off to rack up insane amounts of damage on the opponent then hope to pull off a finishing blow.

this is where skill and unpredictability come in. landing that finishing blow can be hard as hell but it is doable.

the other way to kill is thru quick attacks that keep pushing the opponent to the edge of the screen (be it up or side) and hitting them off.

With Sonic, you have to play completely different from what you're used to. Sonic is all about racking up combos, putting his enemy into triple digits real quick and then HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART shoving them off the edge and following them until they're toast. He's good at that. Homing attack, Fair and the ridiculous kind of recovery Sonic uses make this possible.

Of course, risking your life with wire-fu out over the edge is no sunday hobby. It takes the kind of skill and gonads that arises through fierce competition. Casual players are less likely to try cliffdiving, which is why Sonic is, to me, one of the high-end, technical characters.
