Something people dont think about when suggesting an ssbb character

You know how all around the brawl character discussion they want new characters (like pacman) to join ssbb right?

Well a lot of people don't think about the game modes that will be in ssbb, where each character has a purpose, especially in event mode (just a mode being used as an example). Lets say we have Issac join ssbb, what event mode match would you see him in? Sure he could be facing against Ike, but it doesn't really make sense. Some other scenarios like midna could make sense in event mode, where midna helps link fight against ganandorf(if he joins). Also since Sonic joined, it makes sense to fight him against mario (if you've ever seen videos where they face each other on the internet), as well as king dedede against kirby (or other kirby related matches), and even maybe fighting against donkey and diddy kong as they team up on you.

Anyways, I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, which it might not. it was just something I wanted to give attention to. I'd rather you didn't flame me, but rather posted your suggestions, thank you.

Event matches don't really matter. I doubt every single character had a purpose in there, anyway. And for a character like Isaac, no much is known. He may not even make it in (God forbid), but if he does, we still need to figure out the items, or his stage(es)... Not all characters have to have an importance in an event match, now for Subspace Emissary, I can see your point. I have no idea how Isaac would act out there.

And by the way, why are you shunning a character that is in your signature?

It was just logic, sorry I don't see that many grammatical mistakes (it's more as if my comments are in a random order) , I'll fix the ones I see though. And it doesn't really matter who I'm shunning in my sig atm, because I don't know who's going to be in or not. Also I was going to comment on story mode, but that mode is sort of random in it's own way in melee.

With ice climbers you do have a point (but then again I dont think the creator of ssbb was sure about adding ice climbers), but with pokemon trainer it does make snese with my thread, compared to the fact that there are other pokemon characters (pikachu) that one can choose from that he could fight against.

Aha right back at this post, anyways Im guessing the "by the way can I use it" refers to the issac support icon, which yea you can since I didn't make it. Can you be more clear on what you get and what you don't get?

They could all work, but I'm implying that it doesn't make sense. And I'm not talking about any of the confirmed characters, but Im talking about the characters that people want to join ssbb.

Ah, never mind. I understand it now, after reading it again. I'm pretty sure the Ice Climber's inclusion wasn't all just random. The creator put them in for a reason, don't you think? Now clones are a different story...
