Something kinda weird.

Well, you know how there all these new characters, known as newcomers. I was going through my Nintendo power magazines, and in volume 158, in the player pulse, people were asked to say who they wanted in the next Smash game. ( At the time, Melee hasn't been out that long, so they were talking about Brawl.)

Some of these characters included Snake, Pit, Metaknight, and Wario.. Is this just random luck?

By the way, there may have been more but I accidently ripped out a part of it a few years ago, and I don't know what other characters were wanted and if anybody else can help it would be appreciated.


Edit: Now that I think about it this might go in the Brawl Character place..Mb if it is supposed to.

Hmmm...very interesting. If we can find the rest of that article we may have some hints as to who else may make an appearance in Brawl.

Sakurai has already stated in a previous interview (I can't dig it up right now, but I can if necessary) that Smash Brawl has become a very 'fan-desired' project. Whatever the fans want, Sakurai will do his best to deliver. It's not surprising at all that characters that people wanted in melee who didnt get the cut we're part of Brawls roster. Don't forget Pit, Meta Knight, Wario we're all trophies in melee as well.

That is true Chibi, but if someone DID find the article and could post it here, we could speculate it even more. Perhaps ALL the characters mentioned in the article got in Brawl, what would that tell you? Well, for one, it would say that this game is DEF. the "fans" game.
