Some character's alternate costumes should just be there defaults.

There's not really any reason not to, It's always great to give a new appearance to a character to help make the mod feel like it's own separate game.

I mean hey, Some mods are made just to repose each character's artwork to make it seem fresh and new.

The defaults have all the recolors. Hell, half of those alts don't have any recolors at all, so it would be very weird to make them default.

Also, while I can see the argument for putting the Melee costumes front and center, why Pit exactly? And Falcon's alt isn't based on Melee either.

Then give them recolors, And yeah I can understand to not have Captain Falcon's be default... But the Classic Pit alt costume is based off of Melee's trophy, As for why Wario has his alternate costume changed to his default since that's how he appeared in Melee.

I never understood why Brawl and Smash 4 made biker Wario the default anyway. He used that outfit in one game, whereas the classic outfit is what he uses everywhere else and it's what most people know him as. Given that he's supposed to be a counterpart to Mario, shouldn't his outfit match?
