Solution to Project M going to warning screen

I've seen this on the boards a few times now and experienced the issue myself- you load up Project M using the Homebrew channel and you get booted to the warning screen (where it asks you to press A). My first step in this case would be to see if you can load your Brawl disc through the normal Disc Channel. If that doesn't work, then you can either try cleaning your Brawl disc or cleaning the lens in your Wii with this- http://www.amazon.com/Wii-Lens-Cleaning-Kit-Nintendo/dp/B001GZT1UI

There are a few cheap alternatives if you search on Youtube.

I'm sorry if this is already known, but when I had the problem a while ago I looked through here and couldn't find the solution.
