im going to move to SoCal in about 3 weeks and i need a room mate. the place is 900SqFt 2bed 2 bath. 750$ a month.

id like it if u didnt smoke or have pets but id also like if u were a super hot Asian girl named Jade...so as long as u can pay the rent meaaa.

high speed internets free
utilities are included*excluding electric.
i think u get a gated parking spot but im not sure
the place just got refurbished so it looks really nice.
the areas really nice
and im the best room mate of all time

now for the / smash fest

i wana get to know some socal smashers so im going to have a smash fest in the next month or so. maybe the weekend befor Pat's House? i dont know just tell me when u guys are free.

but you could get 2br2ba for 750 or lower in dallas, so it didn't seem unrealistic to me without knowing the climate
