i don't see any obvious reasons to call the move a "sex kick" when it just looks like a normal kick.

Another aspect of a "sex kick" is that you stick it straight out and it gets weaker over time. Except the Doc because he takes pills to "help him out".

But yea, it's a term for the nairs of: Samus, Doc, Mario, Yoshi, Jigglypuff, Sheik, Luigi, Fox, Falco, Link, and Young Link. I'm pretty sure that's all of them.
