So, what exploit are you going to miss the most in Brawl?

What I mean, is that there are blatantly obvious glitches in Melee (like getting Bowser stuck to Mewtwo) that will most certainly be removed for Brawl. Before we begin, though, I'd like to state that Wavedashing has nothing to do with this thread seeing as A) It's not a "glitch" and B) It may or may not be in Brawl. It's not definitely deconfirmed.


That being said, you know what I'm going to miss the most? Samus's Super WaveDash (which totally is a glitch). No joke, I use the SWD in my play style a LOT. I've actually developed a great deal of strategies with it, and can perform it 4/5 times.

I'm going to miss that. It definitely won't be in Brawl. What are you going to miss?

I guess I will miss the glitch that makes Jiggs invincible to Bowser down throw. It's downright broken and hillarious.

I'm going to miss being able to apparently air-dodge through the tree in Pokemon Stadium and falling through the stage to your death. Never had it happen myself, but watching a couple videos on youtube made me laugh so hard.

You know, I honestly wonder if the infinite Super Scope is really a glitch... I mean, they threw SO many gameplay extras that people on their own would never find out (like Samus's homing grapple beam), so I'm not sure that Sakurai didn't intend for it to be in Melee.

Then again, after Sakurai watched all the Black Hole videos, I'm sure he was like "Wow, f*ck that, infinite scope = GONE." (On a side note, I made my friend's GameCube start smoking after letting the Black Hole run for about an hour. His Cube died about a month later, and he blames me. =P)

But if the infinite scope was a glitch, I will certainly miss it. =/

This thread is about what glitches you're going to miss. I'm pretty sure Luigi was intended to be in Melee... Then again, it could have just been a huge glitch they decided to keep. He IS the only one who damages with their taunt... GLITCH.

Alright, guys. Try and follow me on this one. I know it's tough to keep up with a kid who has ADD, but just focus.

MAYBE there will be an item in Brawl called "Calculator." Here's what it does:
Everytime a character picks it up and uses it, it displays on screen a basic math sign, + - * / (Plus, Minus, Multiply, and Divide) followed by a random number.

Whoever threw the Calculator would have that equation performed on their percentage. So if you have 80% and threw the Calculator and got a -20, your percentage would then change to 60%. If you had a percentage of 5 and got *10, your percentage would be 50%.

Percent: 4 Calc: +15 New Percent: 19, etc...

Anyway, the whole point of this item is that on very rare occasions, the Calculator would come up as /0, or Divide By Zero. This, in turn, would cause a Black Hole and probably crash your game, melt your Wii, and give you AIDS. (Or maybe just the Black Hole).

Either way, I love that idea. I want.
