You ever get one? If so how? Masuda, Chaining, rng, or maybe just randomness?

I got one: Sableye. I got it randomly at the Sky Pillar place in R/S/E while hunting for Rayquaza. I'm working on shiny Kangaskhan though. **** Masuda method is a ***** though...
