So recently after hearing the ssb4 roster revealed I want to ask a important question since alot of fans didn't have there character make it. I have noticed it's possible to make or change movesets and alt costumes however is it possible to make a character? I ask this since they brought back mewto and Roy (and kinda dr mario) and they don't exist in the game so if the time was put could you make a new character?
