So is a PC monitor the optimal way to play this game?

Seems like there is a lot of people saying there is input lag on their HD TV's? I have yet to try it on any of the TVs in my house, as the game is still a few days away from release here in the EU... The TVs we have here are hardly top of the line though and not sure they have the 'game mode' setting some are saying can alleviate this issue. I'm wondering if maybe i should just hook it up to my PC monitor and get the necessary cables to have the sound output separately via speakers/headphones....

Seems fine on my projection TV and seemed fine the other day on my friend's HDTV...

Maybe it's just certain TV brands?

Lying about my country.
I play on a thing that doubles as a monitor and TV (though I'd say it embraces its TV side more closely) and I get no problems whatsoever when it comes to input lag.

If you're curious, it's a 23 inches, 1080p, LED, LG thingy. Can't remember the specific model, but it was cheap as ****, so I don't think you're gonna need anything close to "top of the line." Doesn't even have specific modes for different types of media.
