I'm not willing to put my concerns in forum support just so that some admin can either disagree or do nothing and no one else can see it.

If I were to post in forum support right now that i think the mods abuse closing power, i might get some bs response like "oh we'll look into that", and no one would be able to see my complaints being completely ignored. Why else would you possibly make a category where only admins can view the posts? The only explanation is that you don't want people to see the complaints. If someone voluntarily wanted only an admin to see what they say, they could use PM.

Also, if you completely delete this thread so no one can see it, it's confirmed that you don't want people to see complaints against the site.

If you have a problem wiht the website and want it public, post in the Questions & Suggestions thread in the Smashboards information center.

Because then both you and us admins can discus the problem in an environment without having the moderators in question see/read the threads. We don't just ignore people's posts and I encourage you to post.
