I main Ganondorf in PM and Melee, I started out my "serious" gaming in PM, but now I'm getting more into Melee. I don't play the other Smash games much, but I used to play Brawl a lot when I was younger. I haven't gone to any tournaments yet, but that's mostly just because I have no clue where they're located. I live in Las Vegas, and as far as I know we don't have any weekly locals I could practice at. There's the occasional big tournament, but I don't want my first tournament to be one where I get totally destroyed by people from all over. If anyone knows about some weekly tournaments in Vegas (for PM or Melee) you should totes tell me about it.

Vegas PM is a little inactive but we definitely have biweeklies and monthlies for Melee. You should come check us out every Wednesday for friendlies, every other Thursday for tournaments, and every third Saturday of the month for our monthlies (usually 50+ in attendance). Tuesdays at GameWorks are free, Wednesdays at Press Start Gaming Center is $5 (or you can get a $20 pass that gives you free venue for 30 days).
