So how do you join an Online Tournament?

I was always curious as to how this worked. I've been training so much with my characters that I want to get into some online tournaments (since regular tournaments are never usually held around where I live, and I don't wanna drive all the way across the state to get to a tournament just so I could lose a tournament (unless I win that is :)). Any idea on how to sign up for an online tournament? I live in Pennsylvania btw. Oh, and sorry, just in case this has been posted somehwere else in the SWF.
