So do tournaments in Colorado even exist?

I've spent a bit of time now looking but it seems I cannot seem to find any. I'm new to the fighting seen and trying to get into it. I enjoy watching Melee and Smash 4. I'm trash at Melee but decent at Smash 4 and trying to get better. Anyway if people can just tell me if i should keep looking or if its RIP and i should travel out of state that would be helpful.
