So, can you play music from other stages on the stage of your choice?

For example, is it possible to have Live and Learn play on Hyrule Temple? Or the Final Destination theme play on Delfino Plaza?

I've seen the X tunnel theme play on the summit stage, so I suppose so.

The more I watch videos, the more I think this is a possibility. I think I've head the Ridley theme on about 4 different stages.

I sure hope so. There aren't too many different music pieces I genuinely like, so I've been hoping I could convert each level to play only those few that fit that category. Green Hill Zone or Angel Island music played on Mushroomy Kingdom was an irony I was especially looking forward to .

I don't think so... I think you only get to choose music from the same franchises on their levels... (zelda music on zelda stages...)

I could be wrong though...


You can change the music on your custom stages to whatever you want though...

The dojo does say that you can choose any music piece in the game in My Music, but every picture and video of my music that I've seen shows that you can only pick music from that series to play on the stage.

I think it goes by franchise Mario stage has Mario music Sonic has Sonic etc. I know custom stages can have any song of your choice though.

Yea, that's what thought too. But there's also retro songs and songs without a category. Where does those go? Plus I think Ice Climbers and Game&Watch only have like 2 songs.
