Ok, so I don't actually run Snover, but I thought it was a fun name for a hail team, hmm.
But anway, here is my OU hail stall team, and I would like a few pointers:

Frostlass@ Focus Sash
Snow Cloak/Timid
252 Speed/252 Spec. Atk/4 Def
~Taunt
~Destiny Bond
~Spikes
~Shadow Ball/Blizzard/Hp something

My suicide lead. Taunt them into Destiny bond while setting up some spikes, then she dies. If she ends up being Knocked off or something, I usually head for my STAB, which I can't decide on.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Liquid Ooze/Calm
252 HP/120 Def/136 Spec. Def

~Sludge Bomb
~Rapid Spin
~Knock Off
~Toxic Spikes

Sets up traps, removes opposing traps, and knocks off their item. Typical Tenta, only here he helps a lot more being resistant to Fire and Fighting, both of which Ice have problems with.

Walrein @ Leftovers
Ice Body/Bold
220 HP/244 Def/46 Speed

~Toxic
~Protect
~Substitute
~Surf/Blizzard

My main problem is that I can't decide between Blizzard or Surf. If I choose Blizzard, I get walled by steels that only Hariyama can take out. If I choose Surf, I can't kill the Grass/Poisons I would normally be able to with Blizzard.

Abomasnow @ leftovers
Snow Warning/Timid
252HP/252 Speed/4 Atk
~Substitute
~Leech Seed
~Blizzard
~Focus punch

My SubSeeder that I can never seem to pull off. I can usually KO a few birds or Grasses with Blizzard, and Focus punch effectively ***** many Steel and Normal types, but he always ends up dying, without me having a second source of hail once a new form of weather comes in.

Rotom-F @ Leftovers
Levitate/Bold
252 HP/120 Def/136 Spec. Atk

~Light Screen
~Discharge
~Blizzard
~Will-0-Wisp

Sets up Screen and Wisp for supportive defence, and also OHKO's Gyrados. He usually works pretty well as a team player, since he can Triple status, Burn, Paralyze, Freeze. Can anyone say Tri Attack? :D

Hariyama @Leftovers
Thick Fat/Careful

80HP/172 Atk/252 Spec. Def/4 Speed

~Force Palm
~EQ
~Rest
~Sleep Talk

My Rest Talker that is constantly walled by Flying. This is usually taken care of by a swift Blizzard by one of my three carriers of it, but still.

Well, that's it. I was thinking of switching in Articuno somewhere, but I couldn't find a spot for a Heal Bell Sub Roost Articuno. Suggestions are always welcome, just don't be too harsh.

Shadow Ball "only" hits Azelf super-effectively, so it's not so great. Blizzard is Quite a bit better in terms of coverage, but crappy accuracy is crappy, try Ice Beam. Blizzard's 100% accuracy in Hail becomes 0% accuracy after you've suicided.

Walrein @ Leftovers

220 Hp/244 Def/46 Speed

How common are Grass and Poison types? Go with Surf. You could also drop Toxic for Roar. Levitaters aren't walled, but take a good amount of Spikes damage. If you do this, try to add Stealth Rocks to your team somehow. My Hail team used Froslass for Spikes, LeadApe for SR, and Tentacruel for Toxic Spikes.

Abomasnow @ Leftovers
Snow Warning/timid
252hp/252 Speed/4 Atk
~substitute

Abomasnow takes prediction. He's got a ton of weaknesses, but also many resistances. Safely switching in is key. I'm not so sure about Focus Punch, though. My Abomasnow uses Grass Knot For STAB.
