Is it useable as an approach? Or is it useable as a edge guarding move? Or is it even usable? I've hit a few times with a short-hopped fair, and It has huge killing power, but It comes out pretty slow. The only upside I see is that its hard to shield-grab this one, and the delay might cause the opponent to drop his shield.

If timed correctly, it can be used to spike. It can KO many characters at low percentage. Depending on your vertical distance from your opponent, it's sometimes necessary to fast fall to land the hit. It is also useful when returning after be knocked off the platform.

if anything it can definitely be used as an edge guard. i've seen psycho ****** spike kids to oblivion as they're trying to get back on stage. then again he makes alotta hard moves look easy =P
